Since I probably will never finish the work on my mod, perhaps it would be better to split it into parts
this part about the camera
it is just a fine-tuning
it changes the movement of the camera, they are now smoother and with inertia
and it alters position of the camera for almost all game situations
install:
you must to run the script with your like this
RunScript("scripts\\artofeel_camera_mod.lua")
