Hey guys... On the offchance of going through my games folder I seen Fable 3... Of which I had recently purchased Understone and Traitor's Keep, but still never managed to play this horrible game till its end.

Sending out my love and encouragement to all... I seen this forum was overun not too many months ago with pure spam and had no hope for it... Now it seems to be revitalised.

I see a Walk Mod... Fantastic... Here's hoping you guys can come up with some great stuff now GFWL is non existant and that your flame burns again.

Is Fable 3 going to be patched for steam? Or is it basically going to be left to die? I'm kind of interested in how steam is going to handle the DLC.

Haha, you know it wont be so don't feel bad at all... You should feel bad about the trouble I had to go through to unlock the DLC that I NEVER PLAYED.

You have been sitting on that script for ages... Here's hoping there are a few new people keen on Modding this game!

So, you guys have been able to unlock the DLC?

I have bought the DLC since Day 1, and, I guess you could use the GFWL remover until the service is gone.

I play this game because it is one of the few games where you can become king. I would hate for it to be shut down.

Short answer is yes. I use the GFWL remover to make it easier to setup. It "should" be possible to alter the DLC and still use GFWL. But I wouldn't know.

Another question is will I still be able to play the game if it's shut down on 1 July 2014?

So you have unlocked the DLC and it can be played offline?

I'm hoping MS rereleases their games that have used GFWL. But knowing MS, I highly doubt they will do that.

You can play the game now without GFWL via Timeslip's GFWL remover. Without GFWL though you can't access multiplayer. I'm not sure there's an easy way around that.

That's okay for me. I don't play multiplayer except for Chivalry and sometimes Diablo III.

As long as I can play with the main game with the DLC, everything should be fine.
